Beach overhaul project

Cregtown Beach overhaul project.
What I want to do:
Re-design the beach to make it bigger, add a new beach parkour with palm trees.
What we need:
Jungle logs, Jungle leaves,
Fred the Builder
Sand (yes, we need sand for a beach)
I really want to make this beach like a big and nice beach for our new harbourfront (Cregtown East)!

Quick Rule:
4) Please don't go BYOND your plot boundaries.
I know old Cregtown plots have small plots ( We were mostly a hilly plain desert at the time, so not much space.)
We have now terraformed and made Cregtown have more room.

NEW CREGTOWN DISTRICT/ Cregtown West

Introducing Cregtown West!
This small district is now open and fits 6 new homes and 2 new shops!
The homes are in lots 1-6, on 2 new roads.
CregTown West is accessible near Town Hall.
There is new signage to help you find the shops and home lots.
OUR FARM. IS. 10x more awesome (imo)

Cregtown Minor Update
I have hired ItsMeNeon, one of my longest friends on CV to help re-build our wonderful giant farm in Cregtown.
the farm was made completely re-made and evenly lighted. The crops may take a short while to grow, so you might need to wait before the crops fully grow in.

In downtown, you can buy shops for the price of 2 and merge them together Completely for free!
Make sure that when you build a shop downtown, you are contributing to the city's skyline!
