Modified Client

This was brought up in the discord, i asked about using a client such as badlion or lunar client, which are in fact if anything made so you cannot cheat whilst using them, and a staff responded saying it wasnt allowed, i ask, why? what mod isnt allowed, they brought up a msg from FrediW mentioning reach Display and clear water, majesto also pitched in about fullbright and minimap, im wondering what can i and can i not use? what mods are allowed what arent? can i use any modifications at all?
