New Whalesberg Application
My settlement meets all the requirements to be a village and is located at -3400 3600. There are 2 sections, the water section meets all the requirements and the land section will soon.

I took a very quick look and noticed that you'll need buoys or some sort of wall to mark the water section of the boundaries. Water either needs to be lit, or a wall needs to be around all of the land. Land will need to be fully lit. Farms should be at least 10x10 each of two different foods - you have a single 10x10 with three foods in it.
Keep on working, I love the idea of a dock town with boats, it looks like fun
